Fitness classes

Get yourself to TRAC and get ready for a range of fun, energetic and motivating aquatic workouts suitable for all fitness levels.

Did you know that it only takes 30 minutes of exercise per day to change your life? Better than any medication or supplement. The benefits are outrageously positive for your physical and mental health.

All classes are conducted indoors in our heated pools.

Aqua Moves (45 minutes)

  • Monday: 10 am - 10:45 am
  • Tuesday: 10 - 10:45 am
  • Wednesday: 11 am - 11:45 am
  • Friday: 10 - 10:45 am

Aqua Hiit

  • Monday and Wednesday: 1 pm - 1:30 pm (30 minutes)
  • Monday and Wednesday: 5:45 pm - 6:30 pm (45 minutes)
  • Saturday: 9 am - 9:45 am (45 minutes)

Gentle Aqua

  • Monday: 11 am – 11:45 am (Hydrotherapy pool)

  • Bring a drink and towel.
  • Respect other participants.
  • In the interest of health and safety, staff reserve the right to refuse entry to a class once the warm up phase has commenced.
  • Visit passes have a 12 month expiry from the date of purchase.
  • Enjoy yourself and work to your own ability.
