The Starting Block Café offers shaded outside table seating and café service to the Tweed Regional Aquatic Centre at Murwillumbah.

Both customers visiting the pool or those outside the pool can enjoy the café.

Opening hours and location

  • Monday to Friday: 6:45 am – 2:30 pm
    (hot food sales will end at 2 pm)
  • Weekends: 9 am – 3 pm
    (hot food sales will end at 2:30 pm)

‘Pay it Forward’ scheme

Pay it forward

The Pay it Forward scheme is a way for the community to show kindness to those people who are doing it tough.

Initiated by the Red Cross, the scheme assists vulnerable members of the community through participating businesses by providing free drinks or food. It also promotes kindness, it isn’t judgemental and is open to anyone in need.

Like many businesses who are part of the Pay it Forward scheme, TRAC Starting Block Café at Murwillumbah displays a blackboard showing what is available from our café. This includes coffee/tea, a snack or a meal. Please visit our café and ask if we have any Pay it Forward credits on our blackboard – we love giving back to our community in times of need.

If you would like to donate, stop into the Starting Block Café and make a donation of $5, $10 or $15 towards a drink or meal credit.
