Email Link   First Aid and CPR Training for the Community

At TRAC we have flexible training options for both First Aid and CPR.

We offer small group sessions that allow students to achieve the required units of competency that their workplace may require.

Learn practical first aid skills covering the most common First Aid emergencies.

Staying calm and taking control of the situation in an emergency is vital. The skills and approaches taught in this course enable you to be in control and respond correctly before the paramedics arrive.
