Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 8.00pm

Saturday: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Sunday: Closed

Public Holidays: 10.00am - 5.00pm

Anzac Day: Closed until 1.00pm

New Years Day: 10.00am - 6.00pm

Christmas Day and Good Friday: Closed

Monday to Friday: 5.30am - 7.00pm

Saturday: 6.00am - 4.00pm

Sunday: 9.00am to 4.00pm

Public Holidays: 10.00am - 4.00pm

Hydrotherapy

TRAC offers a state of the art Hydrotherapy Pool for both individuals and professional organisations to conduct therapy or exercise programs. The pool is heated to 34 degrees and is designed specifically for hydrotherapy use.

The pool is 15 metres x 8 metres with a depth ranging from 0.9 metres to 1.5 metres. Entry to the pool is via ramp or hoist providing easy access for the disabled or injured.

There is also a change room with shower access and lockers are available for a $2.00 refundable deposit.
